r-other-bio3d software package provides GNU R package for biological structure analysis, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install r-other-bio3d
r-other-bio3d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the r-other-bio3d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep r-other-bio3d *
You will get with r-other-bio3d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
